■Deadlines for online procedures

Collection (New application) By 7 business days prior to the collection date
(Ex. If the collection date is on Tuesday, Monday at 11:59 p.m. of the previous week will be the deadline.)
Collection (Change) By 3 business days prior to the collection date
(Ex. If the collection date is on Tuesday, Friday at 11:59 a.m. of the previous week will be the deadline.)
Collection (Cancelation) By 3 business days prior to the collection date
(Ex. If the collection date is on Tuesday, Friday at 11:59 p.m. of the previous week will be the deadline.)
Self carry-in (New / Change / Cancelation) By 3:00 p.m. of the Carry-in date
※When counting business days, please exclude New Year’s holidays (December 31st to January 3rd) and Sundays.

■Maximum number of items for one application

■About receiving e-mails
You will receive an e-mail when you proceed to apply. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam filter settings.

Application is required to dispose oversized garbage; however, if you pay using electronic payment (by credit card or PayPay) at the site, disposing will be accepted without applying beforehand.

How to dispose, etc. oversized garbage for collection

Please take out, on the collection day / by 8:00 a.m.
The collection will be made by evening.
Since the collection for oversized garbage is sorted by material, items of the same application may be collected at different times.

Oversized garbage is defined as items from the household that are made of metal with longest side 30cm or longer, or 50cm or longer for items made from other materials (plastic items, wooden items, etc.).
